1. Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, contact us at info@navisnaturals.com with your order number.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing may take up to 7–10 business days.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
